Some Good Deals in Las Vegas
I finally got around to checking out this website, Las Vegas Half Off . It’s actually better than I expected. Basically it lists a bunch of different places and what you do is buy a gift certificate at half price. So you pay $25 for a $50 gift certificate and then you can buy what you want. I thought that was pretty cool and also awesome to use for gifts. There aren’t a whole lot of companies listed yet, but hopefully they will add more soon.
The new Trump Hotel is running a pretty good special . Until February 11, 2009, you can get a suite for as low $89. It’s probably more expensive on the weekend. You also get a $50 credit towards a massage or facial at the Spa . And check out is 4 p.m. I think that is probably my favorite part. I mean I seriously don’t understand what is up with early check out times. If you get a hotel and party and drink all night, like they want you to, then they kick out at 10 or 11 am. It’s so irritating! Half the fun of getting a hotel is being able to sleep in!
Also, if you ever want to get a good price on a show, try Tix 4 Tonight . They have lots of good deals. If you can find cheaper tickets online, head down to the hotel box office an hour or so before the show you want to see and you can probably get discounted tickets.
